Last updated 21 September 2026. This notice covers driveless.in and the beta signup. A separate notice for the Driveless app will be published before the public launch.
What we collect, and why
When you join the beta we store the details you type into the form — your name, email address, the city and country you give us, and whether you signed up as an individual or a team — together with the time you signed up and the country your connection came from. We use this to send you your download link when the beta opens where you are, and to answer you if you write to us. Nothing else.
When you visit the site we do not set tracking cookies and do not use advertising trackers. The site asks your connection which country it is in so it can show prices in your currency; that country is not stored. If you drop a file onto the drive on the homepage, the file is read only inside your browser to show its size — it is never uploaded.
When you email us we keep the email so we can reply.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in a database in the Asia-Pacific region. Email is handled by Google Workspace. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not send marketing on behalf of others.
How long we keep it
Beta sign-ups are kept until the public launch and for as long as you have an account afterwards. If you ask us to remove you, we delete the record within seven days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will do it within seven days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will email everyone on the beta list before the change takes effect.
